Overseas Friends of BJP (OFBJP-USA) ‘s mission is to foster relations between two great democracies; USA and India, by disseminating right information about India and Bharatiya Janata Party to Indian-American Diaspora, political leadership, thought leaders and American people at large

1. OBJECTIVES
2. Fostering US-India bilateral relations and strategic initiatives by conducting advocacy, seminars, writing articles, and distributing relevant material.
3. Communicating with ethnic Indian and main stream national media.
4. Exchanging ideas with think-tanks and academia.
5. Working towards strengthening social bonds among Indian American ethnic groups.
6. Projecting a positive and correct image of India and its people, and BJP; and correct any distortions in the media’s reporting of current events taking place in India.
7. Conducting any other activity incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in the advancement thereof, but not for the profit of the members or the officers of the OFBJP.
8. OFBJP shall exercise all powers as enumerated in Section 202, Not for Profit Corporation Law, as stated in the Business Corporation Law.
9. OFBJP shall establish and maintain ideological relations with Bharatiya Janata Party of India. OFBJP shall follow the guidance of BJP and it’s inputs it in the implementation of various socio-political issues in order to further OFBJP’s objectives.
